What exactly IS a mastermind group?

Ask 10 different people and you'll probably get 10 different answers!

Here's how we define it...

It's a small group brought together by a facilitator (our founder, Gill Moakes, for Legacy). It's her responsibility to make sure that the members of the mastermind are at the same level in business (unlike a group coaching program, in a mastermind there's a flat hierarchy - we are all lifting and learning from each other).

The curation of the group in terms of common values and goals is incredibly important.

The mastermind gets to define for itself what it wants to achieve as a group.

We meet as a group via Zoom bi-weekly but we also develop relationships with each member individually. We commit to supporting each other and we make time for each other. 

We explore opportunities to collaborate, meet in person, and go on retreat together.

Mastermind partners become family.
